What happens if the problem is not fixed?

What service would be recommended for a slow computer?
The
PCS Smart Solution is our flat rate computer repair that will make your computer function as fast as the day it was purchased.
How much does it cost to add wireless coverage to my house or business?
We can setup and secure a wireless network w/ our one hour on-site service and the cost of a wireless routeraccess point usually around $50.
My computer has a virus what should I do?
Contact us via email (contact@laxpcsolutions.com) or by phone (608) 406-HELP(4357) and setup an appointment. If we can remove the virus within the first hour it will be the one hour on-site service. If the virus is more advanced and cannot be removed within the first hour it will need our Smart Solutions service.
What virus protection does PC Solutions recommend?
We recommend Avira AntiVer and it can be downloaded at
www.avira.com. Avira is free for personal use and is very affective in virus detection and removal. Some other good virus protections are AVG
www.avg.com and Avast
www.avast.com. Using a antivirus program is always a good idea but recently viruses have been tricking the end user to download the virus by pretending to be a virus protection program.
If virus protection is not enough how can I protect my computer?
There are many different types and variations of viral infections. The most common viruses we have been removing are rouge protection suites that look like legitimate virus protection suites. This pop may or may not take the name of your current virus protection but it won’t look the same DON’T be fooled! This type of infection generally gives a message stating your computer is infected with several critical trogons threats that need to be removed. If the removed button is clicked the virus will be downloadedinstalled and you will need to have us manually remove the virus. DO NOT CLICK anything on this window use your task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and end task on all open applications.
